Oslo
Oslo is the capital of Norway and the country’s largest city and showcases awe-inspiring timber structures and architecture. Travel to and from OsloBy air:
There are several different ways to travel to Oslo. You can either take the train to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) or travel by air to Oslo Airport. From the airport, the Flytoget Airport Express Train gets you to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S) in 19 minutes. Oslo S located in the core of the city center.
By train and bus:
International train lines arrive at Oslo Central Station, right in the middle of Oslo city center. Approximate travel times: Stockholm–Oslo: 4.5–5 hours; Gothenburg–Oslo: 4 hours; Copenhagen–Oslo: 8 hours; Bergen–Oslo: 7 hours; Trondheim–Oslo: 6.5 hours.

Several bus companies offer direct service to Oslo. Express coach services are often a cheaper, yet still comfortable and flexible alternative to travel by plane or train.
Coaches from Norway and abroad arrive at Oslo Bussterminal in Oslo city center, the city's largest public transportation hub.
Travel in OsloBy bus, tram and metro The distance from Oslo S to Oslo Metropolitan University (OsloMet) is in walking distance (20 min), and easy to access by the bus, city tram or taxi (10 min). Bus tickets are purchased either on the bus with a debit card or you can download the travel app “Ruter#” and purchase your ticket in the app, which will give you a up to 40 % discount on your ticket. You use your debit card to pay in the app.
